Short-Term Rehabilitation
Our primary goal is to help guests recover their strength and restore their confidence and independence. Our comprehensive and therapeutic approach to post-hospital rehabilitation is specifically designed to help reduce their pain, improve their living skills and enjoy greater functionality overall.
We offer restorative therapy 7-days a week with dedicated spaces for physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our comprehensive approach to physical rehabilitation and therapy allows our guests to achieve their highest level of recovery and function.
Cardiac Care
Bella Terra Bloomingdale’s Cardiac Program has been designed to improve the quality of life of patients with heart, lung, and vascular disease.
Peritoneal Dialysis
Our peritoneal dialysis offers flexible and individualized care for patients requiring management of their kidney disease. Supported by a team of highly-trained nurses and CNAs who undergo comprehensive training and competency programs – our programming maximizes the progress of each patient’s treatment.
Wound Care
We utilize an innovative, interdisciplinary approach to treat chronic wounds. This multi-system approach relies on advanced treatments and therapies, including E-Stim, ultrasound, negative pressure therapies, ultraviolet therapy and debridement. All consultations are onsite and care is given by our own certified wound care nurses.
